Kiser has 3.4 million followers on TikTok and is known for her mom-and-wife content. Police have since launched an investigation into the incident. "The investigation into the circumstances surrounding this incident remains ongoing. This is still an open investigation..." said the Chandler Police Department. "Out of respect for the family’s privacy, we will not be releasing additional details until the investigation is closed." The child, Trigg, was unconscious when he was pulled from the pool. Police were first to the scene and began CPR until firefighters arrived. The boy was sent to the hospital, where he remained in critical condition for six days before he passed away. Trigg was set to turn 4 on July 14.
