Rainy day fund = full (and more than triple the size from 2019).
The budget represents 44% of the size of the budget of New York (the state closes to FL in population, with NY having between 3 and 4 million fewer residents).

The Muslim population in Texas has exploded to over 300,000, with 200+ mosques and hundreds of Islamic nonprofits/organizations (up to 650+ including centers & networks).
Major concentrations in Houston, Dallas, Plano, Fort Worth, Austin, and San Antonio tie into documented Islamist networks with foreign funding. This is fundamentally changing the fabric of the state.
