@janejupiterpdx I will say that based on the look of that thing you're not gonna be able to do much in the way of graphics and even if you upgrade the GPU you will have a bottleneck from the older RAM, MOBO and CPU that will likely cause issues with any new GPU...

Can someone help me with my computer 🥲 trying to install a graphics card (computer didn’t come w one), the cord coming from the PSU to the motherboard looks like so, but the graphics card plug in looks different

@janejupiterpdx @blues825 yeah, PSU is basically just a hub for voltage to be delegated to the various components via cables, the GPU, some fans, and any hard drives, the rest just plugs into the motherboard itself, and the board has it's own big plug called the ATX power supply it's unmistakably bigger

@blues825 ok. I opened up the psu and the cords are not removable, so I guess I will get another psu that can plug into both. dumb question, but the psu does need to be plugged into both the motherboard and the gpu right?
