@bryan_johnson Brain imaging studies have found that prayer activates regions involved in attention, emotional regulation, and self-awareness, particularly the prefrontal cortex. I have a book coming out you might find interesting. Still a few things you can do to update your protocol :)

I've been praying the past few weeks. Unsure why. There's good evidence behind prayer. It mimics breathwork, calming the nervous system, dropping cortisol, and quieting the brain. Daily prayers show lower depression, anxiety, and pain. I'd like to develop a prayer practice. Growing up, the protocol was written for me. Explaining whom to pray to, the structure of the prayer, and the boundary conditions. I don't really know how to pray now.

@TomasMarusic @samooooosh1 @curiosityonx Fasting practiced by Buddhists, Hindus, and Christians is not an obligation. Do they fast from sunrise to sunset, abstaining from food and drink and controlling their desires?

@iLikeDaveDaily7 @Thedrivenman Why so emotional about words and pronouns? These non-issues which people consider issues is why everything is going to hell. Anyways, maybe just a matter of comprehension. Its all good. 🙂 Have a nice day.

@samooooosh1 @curiosityonx Interestingly enough, Budhists, Hindus and Christians all started fasting way before Islam existed. First info about fasting is from around 1500 BC. Still great that ALL religions do it and now its also confirmed by science.

@LauraPowellEsq @camhigby I think its pretty childish to argue about who exposed it sooner and better. You guys should instead work together and EXPOSE as much as possible. Thats the point no? To bring awareness. The more people write about it the bigger chance something will be done to correct it.

I assumed you had little experience in California based on your prior comment and the fact that you only seemed to have looked at one state database to find information. I do not mean to demean the entirety of your work. But don't you feel that it was a mistake to present this as if it was an exclusive, breaking news story? CHIRLA was a big story last year, so any search would have turned up the prior reporting. Presenting old news as new is a common grifter tactic and undermines your credibility.

I am good at investigating and advocacy, but because I am terrible at self-promotion, I make essentially no money for my work. Seeing someone using my reporting to shamelessly fundraise for himself makes me realize I shouldn’t be so hesitant to make requests. If you want to support an actual independent investigator who breaks stories like the one about CHIRLA, the government-funded nonprofit that has encouraged anti-ICE riots, please consider subscribing to my account! And follow me if you don’t already! Thank you to all of you who already support my work. 🙏

Unbelievable. One of the tops stories today on 𝕏 is a scoop of mine that I covered extensively LAST SUMMER! A large account “discovered” the same information and is using it to ask for funds.

@MrPitbull07 Maybe controversial but he can UNALIVE himself... then he never has to work again. And if he WANTS to continue living, then he basically is giving consent. 🙂 So better start looking for a job ...

He refuses to work because he says he was born without his consent and the internet cannot decide if he is a genius or delusional. A 21 year old man has sparked a massive online debate after publicly stating that he refuses to work because he was born without his consent. His argument is straightforward: since he never asked to be brought into the world, his parents are obligated to support him financially for as long as he needs. He claims that forcing someone to work for a life they did not choose is fundamentally unfair and that the responsibility lies entirely with the people who made the decision to have him. The statement has drawn millions of reactions across social media, with people sharply divided over whether his reasoning is absurd or uncomfortably logical. Critics have called him immature, entitled, and a symbol of everything wrong with younger generations. They argue that personal responsibility begins at adulthood regardless of the circumstances of birth. Supporters, however, see his words as a philosophical critique of modern work culture and the expectations placed on people who had no say in their own existence. Some have connected his stance to antinatalism, a philosophical position that questions whether bringing new life into the world is morally justifiable. One sentence from a 21 year old just forced the entire internet to debate the meaning of responsibility, choice, and what we actually owe each other.

@TomasMarusic @Thedrivenman The mere fact that you said "it" and not "them" is a clear indication of a sociopathic viewpoint on children and parenting. God, I really hope that you don't have children.

@Thedrivenman This is untrue. If I teach my child a second language, Im designing it. If I teach it Chess, im designing it. If I teach it to cook, im designing it. (Check Polgar sisters, all 3 chessmasters designed by their parents because he wanted to prove it can be done, and he did).

I don't know how you all who have been long-time conservatives have dealt with the media lying to you like this. I can BARELY take it anymore. Every morning I wake up to some insane lie by the mainstream media. Something so blatantly false, a 2-second read of the situation instantly debunks it. How have you all dealt with this for years????? I know I'm new to the conservative scene, but I'm starting to lose my cool... ...how on EARTH do you deal with the ONSLAUGHT on media lies? I am literally staring at nonstop, incessant, brazen lies about Trump, his administration, everything he is doing for us, even small things like ICE raids, and DOGE... Just constant lies. How the hell do you deal with this?!!!!

All @PressSec does is lie and gaslight. The SAVE Act requires a paper birth certificate or passport to register to vote. Almost 50% of Americans don’t have a passport. Millions more don’t have their paper birth certificate. All told, more than 21 million Americans could be disenfranchised. This is why the SAVE Act is dead on arrival in the Senate. Do not listen to the Republican lies. Senate Democrats will continue to fight for the right to vote for all eligible American citizens.

🚨🇺🇾 | According to @ArchivoVAR VAR overlooked a potential red card for Fede Valverde. 👉🏻 The Real Madrid midfielder, with no ball involved in the action, appears to strike Dahl in the face with excessive force. ❌ It should have been a straight red card. ▪️ The incident was not deemed violent conduct by referee François Letexier.

@BostonGirlSpain @Thedrivenman Your child is combination of inherited traits, your input and environment. Ofcourse you cant change personalities, but how you shape them, and what environment is around them designs their lifes possibilities therefore in the end "designing" the possible outcome for that person.

@TomasMarusic @Thedrivenman That's not 'designing'. It is merely raising children in a very specific, self-limiting environment, towards which their inherited intelligence made them very receptive. I did not 'design' my son to be an aerospace engineer. His inherited traits & intelligence did more than I.
