FOR THOSE WHO FAIL TO UNDERSTAND MY POINT: What I am saying is that if the President were to issue this EO, then he should provide all the correct logistics to address the issues I mention above and any other logistics necessary to prevent any misunderstanding or misconception and avoid any issues that could arise from the lack of logistical information. The GOP both statewide and nationwide has constantly passed legislation without considering certain situations and logistics which has caused more problems than solutions causing many people to cry foul and then the GOP refuses to address those issues. If you don't want to work all the logistics out beforehand, then don't change the law or create the EO?

This could be a disaster waiting to happen. We must note that there are non-citizen account holders that use american bank accounts for numerous legal and necessary reasons. Examples: (a) Certain F1 (Student Visa) and L1 (Business Visa) must establish banks accounts within the US as banking systems in their country of origin have certain restrictions when using either debit/credit cards internationally and/or accessing funds from abroad. (b) Many banks and banking systems are international and not necessarily only American-based. These cater to non-citizen account holders who actually hold accounts in the banking branches abroad. If an executive order is implemented, certain logistics must implemented to protect these legitimate non-citizen account holders to avoid jeopardizing them in any way.

Not necessarily.... there are immigrants who enter via visas into the US legally and initate change of status or residency applications via either I-130 Petitions and i-485 applications and while awaiting decisions inside the US, STILL get detained and deported. How is this "safe, orderly legal immigration" when the end result is still detention and deportation even if the process follows the correct legal process?

🚨BREAKING: Democrats are ERUPTING in PANIC after reports President Trump is considering FORCING banks to VERIFY CITIZENSHIP of ALL customers — including EXISTING accounts! 🇺🇸🔥 The Fake News won't want to show this meltdown. "Illegals deserve bank access" narrative BOMBED! 🔥 "This would apply to EXISTING customers." Sources say Trump could issue an executive order requiring passports or proof of citizenship — no more illegals banking in America, laundering money, or wiring billions home! This is a MASSIVE step in the immigration crackdown — make it impossible for illegals to function here, and watch self-deportation skyrocket! Do you firmly support President Trump forcing banks to verify citizenship and CUT OFF illegals from the system? A. Huge Yes B. No IF Yes, Give me a THUMBS-UP👍!! MAKE THIS GO VIRAL ON 𝕏. LET’S GO 👏🇺🇸

ICE detain 7 year old girl from Canada—who suffers from severe autism. She's traumatized in loud & overcrowded cell—no reason she can't be at home with her legal stepfather. "They are being unlawfully detained," he said. "My wife and daughter's papers are good and up to date." He provided his wife's social security documentation—that prove she is a lawful alien with a right to work in the U.S. Mother and child are currently locked up at the Ursula ICE detention center in McAllen, Texas—notorious for having child "cages."

The main fact (point) here is the following: The agent testified in court (sworn admission) that there were quotas. It counts as a fact unless the judge would have sustained the government's objection, which he did not regardless of his reasoning whether legal, ethical or not. This fact counters to @SecNoem's response at her recent committee hearing. Whether they're synonymous, doesn't appear to be relevant in this case -- only that sworn court testimony opposes Kristi Noem's statement.

@RealPatSpurlock @shipwreckedcrew Witness admitted to targets. When asked if he complied with quota, witness did not admit to complying, only that he tried. IIOW they were targets, not quotas. Judge was clearly biased by overruling the objection asking about quota. No one seriously believes they're synonymous.

I had to renew my driver's license and went to my local DMV (Department of Motor Vehicle). My husband's was expiring, too, so he was with me. When we tried to find a parking space, we realized it was packed. We finally parked and walked inside. Maine State Police were standing at the door. There had to be 400 illegal aliens in there. Crying babies, women in hijabs, and lots of foreign men. For the first time in my life, I was one of the only white people in the room. Governor Janet Mills is responsible for this. She told the DMV to give drivers licenses to all of these illegal aliens. And, I know why she did this -- so they can vote.

History is not a fantasy. The law is the law, whether we agree with it or we don't. These people applied through the system in good faith following all the laws and directions. They shouldn't be punished for an Administration that unilaterally attempts to change or reverse the laws in play at that time without addressing the logistics and ramifications of their actions!

You're wrong. Research history. Congress in 1986 passed the Immigration Reform and Control Act (Simpson-Mazzoli Act) which was signed into law by then President Ronald Reagan. The legislation Congress “neglected” to pass after IRCA was a comprehensive guest-worker / future-flow immigration system paired with consistent enforcement, which was widely viewed as the missing half of the 1986 compromise. This legislation was supposed to also provide additional funding towards the amnesty program included in the prior Simpson- Mazzoli act. It was this colossial failure that was the main catalyst and initiating factor that caused the overwhelming backlog of our immigration system. This deterioration of our nation's Immigration System has been accelerated and exacerbated by Congress' repeated failures. Since the major overhaul in Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, Congress has repeatedly attempted but failed to pass comprehensive immigration reforms. These failures generally fall into several categories: border/enforcement reforms, legalization pathways, worker-visa systems, and DREAMer protections. Below are the most significant legislative efforts that collapsed or stalled. Congress has failed multiple times (examples posted below) in passing legislation. Congress is solely responsible for these failures.

You mean the illegal program that Obama created via Exec. Order?? The Trump Admin. is working at the edges to reduce the effectiveness of an illegal program? And that's a bad thing? You mean it might lead some who lose DACA coverage to self-deport?
Gregory Royal Pratt@royalpratt

NEWS: The Trump administration is reviewing DACA renewals so slowly that the delays are causing people to lose their jobs, licenses, and deportation protection. It’s happening across the country. Our Sunday story with @LAURA_N_ROD chicagotribune.com/2026/03/15/dac…

Looking at this case from the beginning, it appears as of the woman had some sort of illness that went undetected and that led to her death. If one were to speculate, both the courts, the law, and ICE could have contributed via involuntary negligience to this woman's death. Only the autopsy report will reveal the truth.

@Ae22Ann @RealPatSpurlock @DHSgov We need to have a good between. When people are released from jail that are mentally comprimised they should go to a facility to gain clearance that the afflictions they have can be properly evaluated. Prehaps they need more intervention. Maybe meds that require supervision.

ICE had NOTHING to do with this woman’s death. She passed away THREE days after ICE encountered her. Following her arrest by local authorities for Terroristic Threats and Harassment, Daphy Michel, an illegal alien from Haiti, was encountered by ICE and placed in removal proceedings. ICE issued her an ICE ankle monitor and she was released from ICE custody on February 27. She was released with all of her belongings, including a fully charged phone, in sunny weather in the middle of Pittsburgh, where public transport is readily available.    On March 3, ICE received a notification that her ankle monitor had been tampered with. ICE officers traveled to her last known location on the GPS system: the county medical office. Upon arrival, local staff refused to cooperate or even talk with ICE federal law enforcement. Our officers instead had to call the U.S. Marshal’s service, who were let into the building and were given the severed ankle monitor. However, staff refused to even tell the U.S. Marshals about the individual’s condition.    ICE was never given official notification of her passing, and found out about her death via the media thanks to the local county’s refusal to even have a conversation with federal law enforcement.
Leia@TheSWPrincess

ICE did it again - released a detainee far from her home without notifying her family. Three days after having an ankle monitor put on by ICE, 31 year old Daphy Michel was found unresponsive at a bus station. She died later that day. Daphy was seeking asylum in the US. Her brother lives in the US and has TPS status. She had a hearing scheduled for April on her immigration case. Her brother was waiting to hear when she would be released so he could bring her home. ICE hasn’t answered questions from Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 about when Daphy arrived at the ERO Pittsburgh office, when she received the ankle monitor, how long she was in custody, and where & when she was released.

You're comparing apples to oranges. What I am saying is this: This woman likely died from an illness unless proven otherwise by the autopsy/toxicology reports. If it was illness, then she should have shown symptomology while being detained. I am saying that while in detention if those symptom were ignored, then that negligience (either by the woman, her detainers, or both) contributed to her death. That's why IC cannot be absolved of responsibility just yet. Wait for the reports to be released.

@RealPatSpurlock @DHSgov So the way you have worded your comment would mean that since I have neurological health issues which causes depression and anxiety, the person driving the car and almost hit us would be culpable for my death if I was to die within the next 3 days. Please make it make sense.

@cyberdye @TripHazard11 @DHSgov Not necessarily. I am not blaming ICE, but I am not absolving them completely from it either. Also calling me a liberal only demonstrates your bias, not mine (I am non-partisan and don't follow either party.)

HERE ARE THE RECEIPTS: As we said Sunny Naqvi entered the CBP area at 10:21 am. Surveillance footage from O’Hare CLEARLY shows her entering secondary inspection at 10:46 a.m., and leaving secondary to the public area at 11:42 a.m. Her claims of spending 43 hours in DHS custody are FALSE.

The passenger’s claims are blatantly FALSE. Sunny Naqvi, arrived at O’Hare at 10:21 a.m. on March 5, 2026.  CBP officers referred her to Secondary, for additional inspection based on law enforcement checks and conducted a baggage exam. Ms. Naqvi departed CBP within 90 minutes of her arrival to the United States. Ms. Naqvi was not taken into custody or transferred to ICE for detention.
