@British_Airways you have closed my claim for expenses after my flight was delayed for 24 hours and have not reimbursed me for food drink and taxis that I have paid for

@British_Airways @British_Airways Also only €8 per person voucher, it’s 3.5 hours that we have been delayed now, asked if we can have another voucher for a drink, have been told no. I’ve had to pay €50 to get my family a meal for dinner. Still no idea if the flight will leave tonight
