I understand your frustration, but there is some genuine issue with your mail id, there is nothing i can do here. If you passed the funded account and lead to payout, then only one thing i can say dont give up, most people cant reach this stage too, create another email and account with rise pay and verify with them first and then if you feel try to give another chance to your self with funded room, then do it. One thing i understand from your post is funded room hires sumsub to do KYC verification, Sumsub and rise pay both failed your KYC verification (not funded room), my opinion is try to connect with support team of sumsub and Rise pay. Ask them why they failed your verification. I think there is some issue with your email ID if both companies can’t verify.

Hi Shivans, check and calculate all the losses trades for every day, and see if that crosses the min threshold which is 3% of the funded amount. (Eg. 10k account- 300 on losses trades not averaging with profit trades) and check out the rule, mentioned on website. My last account breached because of this, i can understand your frustration.

@thefundedroom Dear Support Team, I am writing to report a serious issue I experienced today while trading in my funded account. On 23 March 2026, I executed multiple trades on XAU/USD (Gold). In one instance, I opened a short position around 4235$ price . The trade went into profit, and I manually closed it. The position was closed from my side and appeared closed everywhere initially. However, in the trade history, the profit was not reflected, and the position was still showing as open. I refreshed the platform multiple times, but the issue persisted. Later, the same trade was automatically closed by the system, but instead of showing profit, it showed a loss. This was not due to my actions A similar issue occurred in at least four trades where: I had closed trades in profit The platform did not reflect the profit Positions appeared stuck or incorrectly open Eventually, trades were closed by the system with losses.  1. Order ID: 28712806 XAU/USD — Sell (Market) | 03/23, 12:11:54 PM | 1.000 @ 4235.76 I was holding this trade with a trailing stop loss. This trade reached at least $7000 profit, but the profit was never reflected in my account. 2. After almost 2 hours, when the market moved in the opposite direction, the system automatically closed it: Order ID: 28920375 XAU/USD — Buy (Market) | 03/23, 02:12:11 PM | 1.000 @ 4254.39 However, I had already manually closed this trade earlier while it was in profit. 3. Following this, multiple trades were affected: * Order ID: 28927175 → Sell @ 4265.72 * Order ID: 28990434 → Sell @ 4296.28 * Order ID: 28992838 → Buy (Stop Loss) @ 4294.75 * Order ID: 29001276 → Buy @ 4307.55 These trades were also in profit, but they were closed much later by the system due to errors, even though I had already closed them manually. 4. Additionally, an unauthorized trade was opened without my action: Order ID: 29059466 XAU/USD — Sell (Market) | 03/23, 03:32:23 PM | 1.000 @ 4255.50 I did not open this trade myself. Whenever my trades went into profit (especially above $1000), the platform started showing errors. This issue happened multiple times. The most concerning points are: * My account has been marked as “breached” * My P&L is still showing around $1000 profit even after the breach * Some positions were showing as open even after the breach I have video proof of all these events, clearly showing that I closed trades in profit. I trusted your platform and worked very hard to pass all phases, but due to these technical issues, I suffered losses that were not caused by my trading decisions. This is extremely disappointing. I kindly request you to: 1. Thoroughly investigate all affected trades and server logs 2. Correct my trade history and P&L 3. Restore my rightful profits 4. Review and reinstate my account status Please treat this matter as urgent and provide a fair resolution. Thank you. @thetraderoom_ My ac. I’ve just opened a short position on BTC. There’s a chance my stop-loss could get hit quickly, but I’m not convinced by this buying momentum , it looks like a potential fake move. A sharp correction/crash is still possible. Share your view in the comments.
