Not a direct answer to your question but my understanding is that recruiting companies make a pretty sizable commission for placing a candidate Legacy job boards are essentially broken at this point due to automations. There was another post on X about a guy hiring for a job on LinkedIn. He said he got 1,800 applications in a day, I believe him By my rough napkin math, the economics work out if you can improve the experience
