How is it possible that a channel posting once a month gets flagged for "mass-produced content"? @TeamYouTube here are the actual reasons you sent me, in your own words. Let's go through them: "Looks like it has been made with a template." Every video I make has completely different idea, structure, and visuals. Nothing is templated. There is no formula being repeated. "Has minimal variation across videos." Every script is original. Every voiceover is different and human made. All the footage is original and unique to one video. The only thing my videos have in common is that they're all made by me. "Is a slideshow with low narrative, commentary, or educational value." My videos feature hundreds of dynamic shots and original voiceover for the audio. They are the literal opposite of a slideshow. I post once every 30 days. I spend hundreds of hours per video. I am a human creator. Give me a human review.

YouTube accepting creators into the YPP means they are deemed eligible for YPP. As long as they don't radically change direction/style of their content, removing them from YPP without warning and seizing their current month's earnings is extremely unethical and should be illegal.

Few things: A WoW that is about WAR - conflict, struggle, risk, reward, achievement. This is what WoW is all about. "There must always be a Lich King." I wanted an expansion to go back and talk about how there is always a Lich King and take that story much further. So much more to be told here! Spending far more time on raids and new ideas for the CORE gaming audience vs. the casuals. And finally, WoW 2 instead of the same WoW 1 expansions over and over re-skinned. For 10 or so years, just don't have the team for that anymore. It's changed so much since the Kaplan/others days.

This is CLEARLY AN ERROR and it puts my entire business at risk. - The channel has 5 VIDEOS in 4 months. - Each takes 3+ weeks to produce. - 10-20 day gaps between uploads. This is literally the OPPOSITE of mass-produced. Clearly collateral damage from an automated AI ban wave. Please, just LOOK at my history: • 3+ years on YouTube • Multiple channels, 500K+ subscribers combined • Millions of views, HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of dollars generated for YouTube • NOT A SINGLE STRIKE. Ever. • 10+ people depending on this work full-time A single qualified human looking at this account for 30 seconds would immediately see this is a mistake. Instead, all my channels are now at risk because of one false accusation from an algorithm. What I've done: • Public tweet to @TeamYouTube yesterday → replied with a generic automated message that doesn't even address my case • DMs on X → no reply • Formal legal appeal to yt-partner-support@google.com today citing EU Digital Services Act (Articles 14, 15, 17, 20) The response? An automated email sent back 1 SECOND later. Screenshot below ⬇️ AI banning. AI responding. Zero humans. This is exactly what Article 20 DSA exists to prevent. As a European creator, if my case is not properly reviewed by a qualified human, I will escalate under the EU Digital Services Act (Articles 17 & 20) to the Spanish Digital Services Coordinator and the European Commission. @YouTube , this is not optional. It's binding EU law. This goes against common sense AND the law. We need to cut this out at the root, before no one is safe. Please RT and tag @TeamYouTube to the death. Please.
