It depends on your interpretation of how it all works. But the bottom line was that the figure is meaningless - it is just a very big number, and that is what mattered.

I just told @MichelBarnier British Parliament will reject the worst deal in history. There is a strong chance now of the UK leaving with a WTO No Deal.
