@Jtaylor0_3 I can't help but feel Vader's presence makes sense here, though. Considering there are three force users and the Inquisitors are obviously not capable enough to stop them, Vader is the logical next step.

Despite all the problems of US legal immigration, the green card process isn't too expensive and you get many rights.
By comparison, the UK is sadly putting up barriers even on things like spousal immigration, which makes it hard to think about ever living there with my wife.

When I started living in the US I was taught very quickly that 20% is the expected minimum. This is far below that.
Many US restaurants unfortunately underpay their staff and so these servers rely on tips to survive. It is not good, but it is what the system is right now.

We went to a dinner as a group and had a $500 bill. We tipped $40. We were happy we can be able to give our server something, but her reaction was the opposite. She told us she assumed we're going to give her at least $120. When we asked for the manager, she said she was just joking, but she wasn't smiling at all. Idk, but is $40 tip enough for $500 bill? Reshuffles in government are inevitable, sometimes things don't work out, personal scandals happen etc but I strongly dislike how often minsters are reshuffled. You can't expect coherent government policy when ministerial positions are reshuffled every year like a house of cards.

I used to think this was a good idea. Now I've seen too many online elections be skewed because of voter intimidation that happens in person or phone snatching.
In-person voting ensures people have a safe place to be able to cast their vote free of factors like harassment.

@JoeOTooIe Generally, yes, but there are still risks. Used to know a councillor who'd steal his 50+ tenants' postal ballots and post them all for themselves. That does not happen often, I admit, but it's always made me uncomfortable about anything not in person.

Banning dating apps is not the solution. As I know, the majority of my friendship group and I would not be in the relationships we are in without them. Although dating apps are not perfect, they've allowed lots of people to connect who otherwise wouldn't, which is a huge benefit

Disney ran an experiment to see what would happen if exceptional writers and directors were given full control over a Star Wars show. It was wildly successful and everybody loved it, so naturally they cancelled it (Season 2 is the last season)

It was great to attend the first All Party Parliamentary Group for Students in my role as Community and Wellbeing Officer to discuss how we can improve housing for students. It was also good to meet so many amazing students and student officers ⬇️
