@HDFCERGOGIC I have submitted cashless claim for my mom’s treatment but I am being asked additional documents again and again from the insurance company even when the personal inspection was done. This is disappointing as its been more than 24 hours.
@HDFCERGOGIC@HDFCERGOGIC I have had better and faster turnaround time experience with least documentation from other insurance service providers so I would rather prefer them for upcoming renewals instead of paying higher premium here. I am very disappointed with your team.

The patient can’t keep staying in the hospital until you guys play documents documents. The physical verification was also done so I see no point.
@HDFCERGOGIC I sent it. If it takes so much time and documentations even after physical verification, then I should consider better options available for renewal. I continued Ergo with higher premium for better process but I am sure other companies are providing faster turnaround
@HDFCERGOGIC I have had better experience with other insurance companies with regards to timely approval and least documentations. This gave me a doubt if i should continue with HDFC Ergo renewal or move to better options for my mom and dad.
@airtelindia your customer care has been harassing and being forceful to retain fiber connection which we don’t need anymore.They are not taking request. Is this a kind of gundagiri you guys are training your customer care people to do ? #airtel#fiber
@AshishSinghKiJi This is high time they should take actions. Personally, I also feel unsafe riding on Mumbai roads. You would see potholes in every 10 seconds. Airport roads are good so it’s not that they can’t create good instrastructure but they just don’t want to.

@JioCare It’s been 4 days my Jio internet connection is not working but no engineer is assigned yet to troubleshoot the issue. With WFO it is getting difficult to do work. You will lose your customer with such a poor service. Customer care support is not helpful either
@JioCare Before that also the internet was off for two days. Our office work is suffering because of this. We are considering switching to another provider because this type of service is not acceptable. Its been 4 days

@ola_supports@Olacabs I am receiving an automated call from Ola support every 5 minutes for payment, even though I have no outstanding. Getting a call every 5 minute is harassment and I will take action if this does not stop. Pls check.
