There needs to be heavy fines and prison time for misgendering, mandatory education starting in preschool, preferential job placement for Trans people, more Trans cops to balance the police. Those are just a few things. One of the biggest would be an increase in childhood transition education to ensure that we can get these ideas placed in kids heads before the parents get them with bigotry.
