My father has been in hospital for almost 8 weeks. He is incapable of bathing or cleaning himself. The hospital staff have NOT bathed him once. Despite repeated request. And doctor’s orders. This is Canadian healthcareless. How upset would you be if he were your dad?

@WestJet Context: downgraded on our outbound flight 2 weeks ago, no goodwill offered. Yesterday I called to change flights due to Winnipeg storms and was disconnected after 3 hours on hold (recorded). Then we waited at MCO for hours until a 2 AM cancellation for no crew, no help.

My friend has a 1600 credit with @WestJet who tell her if she doesn’t book travel within a month, the credit expires. It’s not points, it’s money she paid for a prior trip that then didn’t happen. They refuse to refund her or extend the credit until she can use it.
