@WestJet has not responded to any of my tweets over the past 24 hours and appears to be ignoring us guests stranded here in Orlando for 17 hours. unbelievable. My loyalty to WestJet is no more. I can’t believe you can even ghost your customers.

Dont count on the reimbursement, they decided to go against their word from a phone call with WestJet and NOT pay for our return flights with a different carrier even after agreeing to at the time. Had to go through our credit card insurance. Left a nasty scar on our relationship with WestJet.

@WestJet just get my family home safe for Christmas, we get it shit happens., we’re in good spirits and we will work out the reimbursement pay later.
Still the best airline in my books, professional, respectful, clean and looking after their customers regardless of the challenges.

@WestJet our flight was scheduled for yesterday at 5:15 but the flight was canceled at the last minute . We kept on waiting until it was past 10 .Our flight was direct from Toronto to cancun but we got a new reservation that will make us go from Toronto to Atlanta .I need help
