Kenyans widely condemn the death of Albert Ojwang at the Central Police Station, Nairobi. The deceased was asthmatic according to the narration by his tearful father. Official police communication is pending several hours later #JusticeForAlbertOjwang #CofekCares

Albert Ojwang's brutal murder in the hands of the police officers has revived the painful wounds of the tens of GenZs who continue to be killed by security agencies by the Ruto Administration. In the strongest terms possible, I condemn this cowardly act by the killers and call for speedy investigations. Culprits must be brought to book. The Deputy Inspector General of Police Mr. Eliud Lagat is the complainant, and the one who ordered the arrest in the alleged 'crime' that Ojwang committed was making a fair comment on his social media account on Mr. Eliud Lagat. He must take full responsibility for this murder. This is the same Eliud Lagat in charge of Police Cells. He is the same Eliud Lagat who ordered Police to withdraw from a church service in Mwiki on Sunday, 6th April 2025, to allow for goons to attack me and congregants. Suspending junior officers at Central Police station is hoodwinking Kenyans. For any meaningful investigations to be done, Mr. Eliud Lagat must be suspended immediately. DIG Eliud Lagat is personally operating Kamukunji Police Station and Central Police Station without the knowledge of police IG. People are complaining that those two stations have become the new torture chambers. That is the reason Albert had to be moved from Homa Bay to Central Police Station in Nairobi. To the family of Albert and the people of HomaBay County, friends of Albert and the people of Kenya, especially the GenZs, I stand with you in seeking justice for Albert, whose murder has fingers pointed to this cowardly regime. What have the young people, small children done to deserve these macabre killings? What have the parents done to lose their children in the hands of this dictatorial regime? There has been no worse mutilation of our freedoms in Kenya than under this regime. It is now clear that the so-called Broad-based Government is Blood-Based Government whose engine is powered by the blood of GenZs. It was formed after the blood of young people was splashed in the streets, and it continues to survive on this. The beneficiaries are quiet as the young people get brutally murdered. Mr. President, leave our children alone. You swore by the Holy Bible to protect the lives and property of Kenyans. William and your cabal, how many gallons of blood do you want to be okay? Albert has never met a wall before getting into central police? Kenya is not a mafia state! Genesis 4:10 The LORD said, “What have you done? Listen! Your brother’s blood cries out to me from the ground."

@C_NyaKundiH People are being silenced, and some 'big' law firms and rogue lawyers are doing covert surveillance, much like the NIS. They are cloning phones, sending emails, eavesdropping on conversations, and interfering with lives and livelihoods. Ask me how I have suffered at their hands.

You really have to sit back and laugh at how out of touch some of these old guys are. Like imagine Francis Atwoli calling for social media regulation in 2025 in a supposedly free country. The interesting part? Ask him how that regulation should even work, or what the plan looks like, and he’ll probably stare at you blankly. Man doesn’t even know how the platforms function. Here’s the thing these dudes don’t get... you can’t control something you don’t own. Every major social media platform X, YouTube, Instagram, you name it is based outside Kenya. They’re global. They’re not going to sit and take orders from some government official yelling from Nairobi. Look at countries like China. They saw this coming early. That’s why they blocked American platforms and built their own versions like WeChat, Weibo, Baidu. It’s not about "freedom" or "openness" there. It’s about control. Same playbook with Russia during the Ukraine war ... they cut ties with Western platforms once they realized how much influence those tech giants had over narratives and policy. Meanwhile in Kenya, we’ve had people like Atwoli in powerful positions for decades, treating the ICT ministry like a side show. Zero investment in building local tech or platforms. No vision. And now they're shocked social media isn't working in their favor? Let’s be real... building a social media platform is hard. Running it is harder. Getting people to actually use it? That’s another level. Especially now ...what exactly are you offering that the big players don’t already have? These wazees are being dragged by the very thing they ignored and dismissed for years. They’re losing control of the national conversation and now they want to play catch-up through threats and outdated ideas. I’ve filed and won multiple court petitions around social media issues. Things like criminal defamation, using offensive language, spreading rumors etc and the courts have already ruled those unconstitutional. So what exactly are these guys trying to regulate? Instead of constantly panicking about “losing control,” they should start asking themselves why they lost the information war in the first place. Maybe try actually talking to people instead of shouting at them. Social media isn’t the enemy it just exposes how outdated their way of thinking is and it is an echo of the situation at the ground. The thought that anyone should take advice from Atwoli about modern communication is hilarious. This is the same guy who probably struggles to forward a WhatsApp message. Bottom line is that you can’t silence people on platforms you don’t own. You can't bully a generation that grew up online. And if you keep threatening to shut it all down, people will find out what's going on with or without you .... even if it means showing up at your doorstep to figure it out themselves.
