Request for @remarkablepaper, please update your reading epub system, it's slow, the refresh speed is like Kindle 10 years ago. Having an epub with a pen to mark things, take notes, and share would be a dream, but the state of the e-book experience right now is not good.

Trying out the @remarkablepaper for reading academic papers. So far so good: - Easy to sync with drive/dropbox. - Feels like writing with a pencil. Main downside is inability to connect with hotel WiFi as no browser. But hotspot via phone works fine. Also, would be nice if marker can jump between pen/highlighter via a gesture or button. Note: I’d probably make a dedicated drive/dropbox; as anyone who gains access to your remarkable account will also gain access to the drive.

@remarkablepaper Hey guys, your 'web interface' for ReMarkable 2 has a very nasty bug in it: timeout. Try to copy more than a couple of megabytes in and "timeout". It still works if you wait, but trying to copy it out? Never. You really need to fix this.

Hi @remarkablepaper ! A few days ago, I could import .docx documents on my Remarkable2. I tried again today, and it looks like it's impossible now. When I try to import a new doc, I have only access to pdf and epub docs. Could you explain to me what I am doing wrong?

@remarkablepaper Folks, I've really gotten used to your tablet, but the ghosting issue is killing me. The problem is only getting worse with recent software updates. Can you please add a manual "refresh screen" button on the toolbar? That'll make my life so much better.

Here i thought I'm trying to be a good consumer and buy my PaperPro + MarkerPlus + BF Pro Lea Blck direct from @remarkablepaper, but I placed the order on February 6 and still haven't received it. While if I bought it on Amazon I would have gotten it the next day. #fail
