‼️We are down again‼️ from what we are learning apparently @XfinitySupport caused damage yesterday and we are waiting on repairs that will hopefully be done quickly.  This is a situation beyond our control and no notification was given DOL in regards to any of this.

‼️This message is continuation for July 29, 2026. The @XfinitySupport outage in our area has continued. We’ll update July 30, 2026 Thank you for your patience. This has been beyond our control w/zero communication from Xfinity to any of the businesses in the area or D O L. 🚨

@XfinitySupport The workers aren’t going to stop whether we message or not. Incredibly disrespectful to everyone to do this during a workday affecting so many people. Zero communication given. Shame on you. Our customers deserve to be assisted. You apparently don’t care about yours. 😔

‼️‼️@XfinitySupport did not notify us of the planned maintenance in the neighborhood of our agency, nor did they notify DOL, we are down until further notice today and cannot process any transactions, we are open for guidance and to handout previously purchased Internet renewals

@CenturyLink it has been since Nov 26, 2024 that the open repair ticket has been out and your technicians are no-shows and reschedules and no explanation. The chat option people always say a techn is scheduled and they can’t do anything else. No phone line for almost 2 months.
