NEW: A non-partisan GAO report has confirmed the Biden-Harris administration neglected program integrity in the Obamacare marketplace. In 2024 alone, fraudsters targeted at least 160,000 applications with unauthorized changes that patients never agreed to, resulting in unexpected costs for patients, higher copayments and deductibles, and loss of access to treatment and medications.
