I’ve not been a fan of Vivek, but consider Ohio’s track record and consider where we are at now as a country. Vivek certainly comes off as a grifter, is a known scammer professionally, and has an obligatory drive to downplay what America or Americans actually are. But the environment is different today, immigration is handled mostly at the federal level, and he has every reason to play ball with Trumpism. Because he has risen through the ranks under MAGA, even campaigning for Trump with Charlie Kirk, we know he’s at least malleable to our agenda- even if he drops his occasional Indian striver chimp out. He’s in a necessarily conflicting position as an Indian man. Provided he doesn’t have much sway in importing or showing deference to his “cousins,” he will probably support our aims better than RINOs like Kasich or Dewine. The Ohio GOP is historically establishment oriented with many nevertrumpers. Even Vance drank the koolaid before we redpilled him on the internet. Vance and Vivek are also TIGHT. Vance is married to an Indian. They went to school together. Vance’s own son is named after Vivek. They go way back. To whatever degree we can’t influence Vivek, Vance CAN. And Vance has always been influenced by us (we redpilled him). As much as I didn’t want to see a purple, once red, state run an Indian man notorious for pharmaceutical scams and ridiculous diatribes about America as an idea, I think he is manageable and, dare I say, far better than the typical RINO GOP politicians common to Ohio politics. I am going to shift a bit here and support Vivek in his campaign. Ohio is a different political environment. We can’t change Vivek, but we can rally behind what he gets right and check him in what he gets wrong as an Indian stuck in an inevitable conflict of interest. I think it will work out. We do not want another Democrat in a swing state.
