@241_pizza @TooGoodToGo Was excited to try a pizza surprise bag. Checked the app before we left home - all good. Get there - nothing. Staff = Unconcerned. He *thought* they'd have a bag, but didn't think to update the app otherwise. Didnt seem to matter I'd paid for it already.

OMG @AmazonHelp @amazonca get it together!!! No where in my account or tracking is there any mention of "OTP" driver keeps asking for!! Order and tracking BOTH say SIGNATURE required!!! Complete waste of time!! Now telling me I have to wait to be refunded for package I dont have!

@AmazonHelp As I explained to all of your colleagues I dont have access to email. OTP is a ridiculous policy esp when my acct says to provide my signature. Even your driver agrees. Why complicate something so simple?

to speak to the manager about "compensation". It's a REFUND for double billing, not simple compensation for a complaint! I require MY money back! I provided proof. The bank showed proof. Is stealing routine and acceptable now in your franchises?

@AmazonHelp I have tried that many times. No one at that link helps. This has been going on since last July. No surprise the seller will tell me the warranty is up once July rolls around this year. It's unreal how I've been strung along with empty promises all this time. ♿ user abuse.

@AmazonHelp why do you welcome dishonest sellers onto your platform who sell defective products? I spent over $2000 for a Fold and Travel wheelchair that doesn't work. Promised help several times by your staff. Lies. Months later I'm still out thousands and still stuck at home.

@AmazonHelp These ♿ sold by TRADEJAM on amazon.ca I received a defective model with motor failure last Summer. No replacement or new motor sent. Seller claims a 💯 % satisfaction guarantee, but it's all talk. Mobility repair shops won't help because it's an import. BEWARE.
