This is the full picture of value creation for MSTR shareholders in Bitcoin terms. Strategy has increased full CEBE per common share by 175% since 2020. After subtracting debt and perpetual preferred claims, adding the cash reserve, converting the remaining dollar claim into Bitcoin and dividing by basic shares, the history looks like this: 2020 - 52,274 sats 2022 - negative 9,406 sats 2025 peak - 164,291 sats Current - 143,753 sats That 2022 negative print explains the entire machine. When Bitcoin collapses, fixed-dollar senior claims metastasize into a larger number of BTC. When Bitcoin appreciates, those same claims shrink in BTC terms and the residual value floods into common equity. BTC appreciation simultaneously enlarges the asset and vaporizes the relative weight of the liabilities. And guess what? Common equity Bitcoin exposure was NEGATIVE in 2022. And Strategy survived. Now? A small dent since December and a compressed spring for the next move upward. Strategy currently has $22.22 billion of gross senior claims, offset by $2.55 billion of cash. Despite constructing that towering capital stack, each common share still carries 2.75× more residual Bitcoin exposure than it did in 2020. CEBE has pulled back 12.5% from its 2025 peak as preferred issuance and the bear market loaded the trebuchet backward. Saylor built a monetary siege engine. During bear markets it occasionally rotates 180 degrees and shells the shareholders. During bull markets it launches common equity over Bitcoin. All the gains are there, latent, waiting for Bitcoin to move.

I still dont understand just the dot of where the pitch supposedly is in the strike zone. Shouldn't it be the line of the ball traveling from the beginning of the plate to the back of the plate.
