To anyone worried about the political party “purity” of your voting record, the LA Mayoral race is non-partisan. And you’re not a government representative, so whom and what you voted for is not public anyway. The only way people will know for whom you voted is if you tell them. And if you’re friends with someone who would kick you aside just because you voted for some sanity in LA, then they weren’t much of a friend to begin with.

I am heartbroken for my friend Kat Timpf who just lost her father unexpectedly. It brought me right back to our conversation in 2024 about the devastating loss of her mother (who was only 57) and how Kat continues to handle that..with such strength & beauty. It is time for the United States Postal Service to ban junk mail. Unsolicited spam calls are already prohibited by the FCC. Emails are heavily regulated by the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. Junk mail is the majority of mail, 100 million trees per year. Enough!

At altitude, that is approx 30 min or less in the air. As a flight attendant, depending on the size of the plane, once we are allowed to get up...on these short flights, half the time the last several rows don't get served...and this causes people to get pissed off. I am thankful that I have been flying long enough to no longer have to work short flights b/c it would personally drive me crazy to just *sit* for these flights. Boring AF.
