So this is an interesting one. One of our Jersey cows had a horrible allergic reaction yesterday. Eyes almost swollen shut. Took her out of the main pen to see if we could get her treated and feeling better. By this morning, she looked fine again. That is, until she wandered back over by the beef cows in the main pen. Her face immediately swelled back up. Then she left, and her face went back to normal. Came back to the main pen area. And again. Immediate swelling. Is….is she allergic…to cows? 😳
