The people that genuinely think there’s a weird culture war happening in video games need help.
Halo Campaign Evolved isn’t propaganda or “woke agendas”.
Just because there’s a female protagonist in a few bonus missions doesn’t mean they’re rewriting history or making a political stance.
You can disagree with writing, creative decisions, whatever. But, to claim that this is part of a culture war is straight dishonest and borderline schizophrenic.
It’s so fucking weird, man.

Modern Halo fans calling the community ungrateful will always kill me. It's as if Microsoft haven't spent the better part of a decade fumbling the franchise and the end goal ended up being yet another reimagining of a Halo game that's playable on every modern platform

Here are my thoughts on HALO Campaign Evolved. I'm going to give it a 6/10. Poorly missed opportunities, and for what is next for Halo, it's obvious: Halo 2 Remake. I don't feel optimistic; I just want a New multiplayer experience

I will not have Echo 216 Slander on my timeline. He is my fucking Goat. Arguably the only characther we have ever seen Chief vunerable with. If he is not Chiefs Pilot in a sequal to Infinites story I don't want it.

I feel like this type of character is just so obviously planted as a humiliation ritual these days that you have to purposefully be ignorant to not see it. How do the companies keep putting this character type in games thinking it will make anyone happy?

As a halo fan, the mainline series should have ended with 3. The franchise has been a corpse puppeteered by a soulless company since 2012 with the exception of Halo Wars 2.

@dannysimass @Halo @XBOX At least try the anniversary edition, it lets you switch between old and updated graphics. It doesn’t look as good but if you get the hard copy you can play it in 3D

Confession: Halo: Campaign Evolved is my first time experiencing this campaign. Back in the day, I was too busy playing Unreal Tournament and Quake.
