Horrifying reports have emerged about how the security forces of Iran’s Islamic regime treated injured protesters and medical staff at Shahid Rajaee Hospital in Tehran. According to eyewitness accounts, nurses who refused to follow orders to abandon or identify wounded protesters were subjected to brutal torture. Some reports allege that nurses were even raped inside the hospital as punishment for refusing to cooperate with security forces.
