@RhettBurnie @VirginAustralia When @VirginAustralia refused to apply the disability carer’s discount on my last domestic and then cancelled our late night flight from Tokyo to Cairns and did an absolute atrocious job of accommodating us in an airport hotel( took 6 hours). I knew then they didn’t care.

ATO FAIL (2/2). My accountant cannot get onto @ato_gov_au via the phone either. I’m told thousands of people are enduring this daily. So, we pay our taxes to fund the ATO which doesn’t have enough funds to staff its own contact centre? Time to fix this mess.
