@AyyItsChevy Disagree. It wasn't well that was the problem, it was the rest of Solar warlock kit. It was a support/dps kit when it should've been purely support with a massive tradeoff to dps and aoe. Well was a great tool, Solar kit was just too much.

@Gladd People use these machines without doing research on how it affects the spine. It's an awful machine. Stay well clear. Personally know a few people who have exacerbated disc bulges from using this.

Never been a huge ab trainer guy (besides hanging leg raises). Recently bought my first ever home ab machine. Basically a machine version of weighted cable crunches. Will report back in 6-12 months for results (maybe even a spicy ab pic):

@Gymvibe_ This is called the Pallof Press. Adding a weight like this forces you to stabilise further. Fantastic for core strength and stability. Anyone with bad low back pain show try this exercise.
