I met Tsar in May 2022, in the first weeks of my volunteering. Having assessed the level of his skills and the talents of his partner, we provided 5 rifles in 338 caliber. The Tsar's group played an important role in the defensive battles near Bilohorivka and in the offensive in Eastern Ukraine in the fall of 2022, securing victory with minimal losses near Izyum and Lyman. During the offensive, Tsar suppressed the enemy's machine guns even when the artillery was powerless. In 2023, the Tsar was appointed to the post of chief sniper of the offensive corps. We provided 40 snipers of this corps with rifles with all the accessories, or just scopes. We also provided 2 rifles in 375 caliber to Tsar personally. During the counterattack, Tsar often found himself with his snipers in front of the new brigades. In fact, thanks to their actions, it was possible to avoid the destruction of two brigades that advanced at night, and when the day came, they risked being destroyed. Decisive actions to seize enemy positions, carried out thanks to the advice of snipers, led to a number of victories, including the capture of Robotyne. The long months of snipers covering the assault groups resulted in heavy casualties, but Tsar himself and his core of snipers survived, not only because of TeamYuri's provision of everything they needed, but also because of obvious miracles. Today, Tsar leads a special sniper group in the same corps, but fights with the 115th Brigade. Often, the group's work is carried out in cooperation with sniper groups of special forces - the GUR, the SBU, etc. Tsar is an innovator in the development of sniper groups and continues to work on the development of interaction between assault groups, snipers and drones.
