@Delta and another issue. Crappy piece of plastic covering on the pilots seat which has no actual use has delayed us over 45 mins. Maintain your planes!

@Delta worst service ever. I bought and checked in for a first class flight this morning and they tell me at the gate they overbooked it and I'm in economy. Was told it was the fault of revenue management. Never flying delta again

i want a refund!! Second crappy @united experience in two weeks. Agent gave away first class seat before the 15 min cutoff. Gate agent told her not to give it away. Stuck in middle economy seat.

@VerizonSupport 20 mins on the phone so far and can't get someone to send a tech to finish the mess you left. Is this the way @Verizon techs are supposed to leave the wires and mess at someone's house?!?!

@UnitedAirlines_ 10:20am 8 hour flight from Zurich. They serve "lunch" at 11:05am??? Was told they couldn't hold it until later. This is what I paid Business Class for??

@Lufthansa_USA $18k for 4 seats and you can't unblock one seat so two people can sit together. 16 seats blocked one week before flight and won't move a single one. Also. Call center doesn't answer calls
