No safeguarding or unusual usage policy exists @asda_mobile. My 88 year old father who is currently very ill in hospital is not getting a penny of the £1710 he was charged in a 2 week period whilst in hospital over Xmas. Unacceptable and management are uncontactable @BBCWatchdog

My 88 year old father has been waiting for months for a decision about a £1710 refund from @asda_mobile, despite management apparently being chased many times. They will not speak to me directly. He is now seriously ill in hospital. Are they waiting for him to die? @BBCWatchdog

@RickTampion @ThamesVP @LancsPolice did the exact same thing to me. Someone failed to stop on the M55 after causing damage to my car, dashcam footage and them also driving without due care and closed by their control room. Told to leave it to insurers. 😡

Apparently, leaving the scene of an accident after crashing into our parked vehicle whilst we were in it is not an offence worth pursuing, according to @ThamesVP, even though we gave them the vehicle reg, a description of the driver and an independent witness. Case closed!

@Hill_Darran @ThamesVP Thanks Darran. They closed the case within a few hours of us making the report! Apparently, because both vehicles are insured, no further action is necessary! It's a criminal offence, is it not? He sped off after hitting us

@RickTampion @ThamesVP Rick, make a complaint in the first instance and make sure you get a rational for closure. There may be a good reason, there will be many scenarios where this isn’t a viable investigation, but the complaint you make will get the decision reviewed and give you better insight.
