To be clear, this was a law that attempted to ban therapists from telling gender confused boys that they're actually boys, and girls that they're actually girls. It was literally a law prohibiting anyone in the therapy profession from verbally acknowledging biological reality to their clients. Easily one of the most psychotic pieces of legislation ever passed anywhere in the world at any time in history. The fact that Kentanji Jackson tried to uphold this law -- even as her fellow liberals broke ranks with her -- just proves again that she is the most unfit, unqualified, unhinged lunatic to ever hold a seat on the Supreme Court.

It's infinite psyop season. The main targets are those who are unhappy with the current system, would-be dissidents. JD Vance has no answer for skeptics of the Iran War, beyond repeating over and over that he sure knows Trump, and Trump sure won't allow it to become a "long-term quagmire." In other words, all Vance can do is counterpose the Iran conflagration with some hypothetical long-term outcome that evokes Iraq and Afghanistan. Beyond that, he gives no real defense on the merits of Trump randomly deciding to trigger a huge regional war in the Middle East -- of unknown parameters and escalation potential, and with few consistent objectives anyone can discern, aside from whatever's bouncing around inside Trump's addled brain on any given day. Also notable is that Vance echoes Trump in saying it's a good thing Joe Kent resigned -- meaning no war-related dissent is currently tolerated in the administration. And that's how it should be, Vance says.

NCTC director Kent resigns over war in Iran, and as with some prominent MAGA commentators blames the whole thing on Israel, all but absolving the president of the decision. It's notable how little agency certain folks give the most powerful elected official in the world.

Amazon is leaving Starbucks is leaving Boeing is leaving Microsoft and Costco will leave too. And kiss any hope of the Sonics coming back goodbye. The Mariners, Seahawks and Kraken will also have a much tougher time signing players. The capital gains tax, the estate tax and the anti-business, anti-parent, pro-crime attitudes of WA have been driving people to leave for years. The income tax will make it so much worse.
