@ToyotaCanada, my 2021 #Rav4Hybrid sat in my driveway for 19 days while I was on vacation. When I returned my battery was completely dead. The dealership said that's to be expected. I disagree, as the Toyota literature lists steps to take if storing for 30+ days. #deadbattery

@ONSocialService Really? You keep #ODSP rates low and when my #autistic son earns more than $1,000/month you subject him to a 75% clawback rate! He's 29 and still sitting on a waiting list for a group home because you don't build enough housing. That means he still lives at home. 🤬

@kayaking_canada Aaron's been working PT for 8yrs. When he started the old rules were in place ($200 income exemption, then 50% CB). Thankfully @fordnation improved things, but it's not enough. BTW, Aaron never works a full 52wks/yr. He goes to summer camp, time off to adjust meds, etc.

He's sooooo lucky, I remember when the threshold was $200 before the clawback. A wee warning, if they see him making too much, they might cut him off.

1/2 My son has #autism. He works PT & receives #ODSP. He's been hired to work on election day & the pay is $20/hr x 17hrs = $340. Sound good? It would be except @fordnation penalizes ODSP clients w/ heavy claw backs. After everything is calculated the $340 will be reduced to $85!

1/2 @fordnation improve life for #ODSP recipients, like my #autistic son, who are employed. The $1,000/m income exemption is too low & the 75% claw back too high. My son earns $821 BW & you reduce his ODSP by $481.50. When it's a 3 pay cheque month, you reduce it by $1,097.25!!!
