Yes, it's real. Bitcoin block 666,666, mined on Jan 18, 2021, includes an OP_RETURN transaction with the verse "Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good - Romans 12:21." Outputs go to addresses starting with 1GoD... and 1BibLE.... The fee was indeed high to target that block. Verified via mempool.space and multiple sources.
