@colomusicman There is a continued IT issue and they are working to correct it. If you type in the Station name instead you will be able to see the predicted/scheduled times showing for the E Line and this would be representative of active trains.

Hey @RideRTD, why isn't the NextRide app, specifically the live tracker not working? Two separate days, and my train isn't listed. Train 35 seems to not exist. Why? Why is it so hard to provide accurate, and timely data?

Hey @RideRTD. Why is the NB E line train not on the real time tracker. We are on Belleview, but no record of the train on Next Ride. Given the inability of RTD to stick to published schedules, accuracy with that app is all we have. What Gives?

@RideRTD @KyleClark @9NEWS @DenverChannel No. It isn't. I had a MyCard shipped. I want to pay, via *my* credit card, for a discounted monthly pass added to that card, every month, for dad. It's literally the most basic of services that actual public transport systems have. I have them in multiple cities and countries

And this is yet another reason why @RideRTD doesn't have the ridership it should. It "functions" on 30 year old freaking coupon books. Glad to know the elderly, who need this, aren't a priority to RTD. A travesty of "public transport"

@RideRTD Hey @KyleClark and @9NEWS and @DenverChannel could we, uh, maybe do a story here? My dad cannot use a smart phone. We tried for YEARS No store near him has the books. And his dementia wouldn't have him remember anyway. How, in 2026,can I not load his discount pass to a card?
