Thought we were finally getting somewhere when we were asked to follow a member of staff down the jet bridge, only to stop and queue again.. 15 minutes so far - still no comms and no staff to be seen again

Not great @British_Airways - went to board our flight back from Marrakesh to Gatwick and have been stood here for an hour and 15 mins now.. no comms other than “technical issue with the plane, 15 people need to get off”.. that was an hour ago. No staff anywhere to be seen!

@BandQ I’ve just been in your Canterbury store and wasn’t allowed to buy carpet fresh cleaner because my 15 year old son was with me and had no ID - “in case he sniffed it”.. really??
