@RingGo_parking can you explain why my motability car is in @Edinburgh_CC pound when parking was paid till 4am this morning. I am a disabled traveler who had 2 autistic boys with me? The keys to my house are in my car. I don’t know what to do?

@jshield1988 @RingGo_parking @Edinburgh_CC No. I never got any notification! Nothing. The car was gone when I returned to get it! The parking attendant told me there was no parking zone with that number, but the txt didn’t say that 🙅‍♀️

@RingGo_parking app, website and phone system not working in Milton Keynes so can’t use staff permit. Have paid for 2hrs normal parking at machine (no more hours as price for non-staff is ridiculous) but no receipt or proof of purchase given. Will retry app shortly for xtra time

Having been a customer for many years, I won't be using @RingGo_parking again I paid £2.50 on Ringo and then paid for a parking extension for £3 that would have covered me for 12 hours via the car park's machine, but Ringo gave me 2 minutes :( And now I've received a £100 fine.
