@GradySas Miller should be considered a neutral to negative asset. Age plus contract. Nobody is going to give a premium package. A pick in the 30s and no retention maybe a b prospect would be fine. Clearing 8 mil is a great thing.

Sometimes the best trades are the ones you don't make. #Canucks management isn't going to make a deal for the sake of it. Getting the best return possible has to be the priority if they choose to move Miller and/or Pettersson. If the team continues to play better, it buys them more time to get it right, even if they're likely trading away the best player in any move, which means they're likely to lose the deal.
