@HeidiBriones@neppy Putting it in a retirement account instead of a freely accessible account that lets you invest in things that actually make money is the biggest mistake you can make.
@criminalburrito@enesmammadli@Droyzeer@Jessassin@Roblox There's nothing private about your face. You've walked in public. I promise you you're already out there floating around on some footage on the Internet without your consent like it or not. Your face is not equivalent to your SSN at all.
@RippleWolfi@enesmammadli@Droyzeer@Jessassin@Roblox would you leave your credit card on some bench on the street?
both roblox and persona are known for their data leaks so giving them your face means just giving out your info to some crackhead in their basement just as leaving your credit card or soc id out on the street
@enesmammadli@Droyzeer@Jessassin@Roblox I hate to break it to you, but if you really think your face isn't in a AI dataset already you're wrong. Ever walked into literally ANY retail store? Say cheese.
@Droyzeer@Jessassin@Roblox they get sold to advertisers and they use it to train ai. and after giving your face, you will see ai using your face for the most messed up reasons without your consent.
@neppy Clearly you don’t have 500k I. The bank.
Mo money = mo problems….
Has and always will be true.
I would know because I don’t have that either but I know the more we make the more we spend…
@valuetainment i can imagine the frustration by anthropic dealing with people who just do not understand tech other than 0 or 100%, and now the US Gov. thinks its 100%, anthropics best move is to take every other model (closed and open) and show how it can be used. go scorched earth. regards
JUST IN: The White House is reportedly demanding Anthropic make Fable 5 impossible to jailbreak before rereleasing it, a condition cybersecurity experts say cannot be met by any AI company.
Microsoft gave 12,000 engineers
Claude Code
they loved it
then the bill came up to $2,000 per person a month
so they took it away from everyone
if the biggest company in the world can't pay for it, how can normal people like us?
@KaimanTheHybrid If you've already had the lesson, it's a lot less mentally draining making AI do the boring parts. There's nothing wrong with leveraging it to let you focus on the parts you actually like.
What is the point of using generative AI to one shot making a game or a cool application of useful tool? To save time? To be more productive?
I’m genuinely asking because the fun is in the craft. The journey is the lesson. AI removes all of that from the equation.
Stripe is a $65 BILLION company??????
SIXTY FIVE BILLION??????
For simply moving money
between bank accounts??????
Notion is a $10 BILLION company??????

For turning documents
into an all-in-one workspace??????
Calendly is a $3 BILLION company??????

Slack is a $27 BILLION company??????

And you think your SaaS idea
is too simple?
Think again.
@TheGhostM3@PinballReed@MissJilianne I don't know, maybe because it takes an insane amount of effort for a single person to go through the court process while working a 9-5. Not to mention, Tesla can easily bankrupt a single person in a lawsuit. Use your brain.
13 days until Tesla sends FSD 14 lite to over 3 million HW3 vehicles. This is their promise. We would really like the Unsupervised Full Self-Driving we paid $15,000 for years ago. Being scammed by a trillionaire doesn’t sit well.
This isn’t true. 👇🏼
You're supposed to use every unfair advantage you have. Looks, genetics, connections, dad's money, whatever.
There's nothing noble about choosing the hardest path just to feel like an underdog.
"Damn you're never stressed at work"
That is because I literally do not care what the outcome is. The company could go bankrupt, the building could get demolished, and I'd just head home
@nymbusjp@FredLambert@wholemars The S&P is up 70% over 3 years. What's your point? There were way better places to be than Tesla if you wanna flex returns.
Hey @wholemars, yes, I can explain it to you. It is now a year later, and they never did it again.
That's why it's just "smoke and mirrors".
You are welcome.
@foxgirlfrot What you want is a perfectly normal and healthy relationship. The people that question it, then proceed to ask "but why" or don't respect it are the problem.
I’ll own up to it, yeah, I’m kind of pathetic for the idea of a one on one relationship with someone where they aren’t microcheating, and I don’t need to fear them leaving me over something stupid, but that’s just who I am, and I think deep down that’ll never change,,
