@Risoniclol @BARFJAMiN @Liam64430485 Commercial bars in Westminster have to pay rent to the owners of the premises where they operate. The HOC bars don’t have this cost. They just have the wholesale cost of the booze, barstaff wages, utilities and maintenance (and probably not even that).
