Due to @FlySwoop’s shocking incompetence, no one’s luggage for this morning’s flight from Toronto to Halifax made it onto the plane and is still sitting in Toronto. Based on other posts, this is not an isolated incident and has happened several times over the past week.

At the very least, we should be reimbursed for any items we have to replace, but I also feel like due to the gross negligence, our fares and luggage fees should be refunded as well.

@FlySwoop Already tried that route with no success and a very bot-like human on the other end writing me scripting meaaages. Again, very poor customer service, I’d expect more from a company like @WestJet

I want to express my EXTREME displeasure with @FlySwoop during this time of difficult travel. Swoop cancelled my flight Friday due to weather, out of their control, but did nothing to make it right, no customer service, no alternate plans to get me and my family on another flight

Within a reasonable time or price. When I contacted them, they were extremely unhelpful and not willing to do anything to ensure we could get on another flight. They left me high and dry and I was forced to pay an enormous increase to fly.
