Hey @UC_Assist Care to explain if your InstaMaid professional cancels my booking a few hours before it starts, I don’t get compensated for the inconvenience but if I do so 9 hours beforehand due2 a medical emergency, why should I cough up a penalty? Didn’t I give enough time?

Hi @UberIN_Support @Uber_India I booked a parcel delivery through Uber but the driver was not the one showing in your app. I’m being penalised for refusing to handover the package to a wrong person. I can’t cancel at my end, too. WHY?!

Hi @amazonIN @AmazonHelp I ordered 3 items through Amazon Fresh but only two were delivered. The driver is refusing to acknowledge it and was asking for my personal number to coordinate. I refused but he’s not giving me a valid reason why the prepaid 3rd item is missing.

@amazonIN @AmazonHelp I can’t seem to understand why you have to hire incompetent delivery boys and make us customers pay annual fees to pay their salaries? My package shows delivered but it’s not reached me. Your customer support team is automated so they are not really helping!

Dear @1mgOfficial What’s the point of asking customers to upload prescriptions & STILL get calls from your doctors repeatedly to approve medicines? If I ask Y signed and stamped prescriptions from AIIMS docs R being questioned, they cancel my order/hang up. #CustomerExperience
