im super bullish on how crypto is getting invisibly plugged into real life neobanks collectibles and tcgs it feels like we are getting to a point where we start to put this tech in the hands of people without just being "hold random tokens to make a 100x" feels great

1 month of taking up this challenge. Haven’t made any major tweaks to the diet, but have made workouts more strategic. Carefully planning out each of the exercises and weights, such that every muscle is properly targeted, with the right amount of strain and recovery. Still being consistent with 6 days a week, tho most challenging are core and back, as they are not my strengths. I have also been quite inconsistent with my sleeping habits, am trying to fix that and increase the consistency in sleeping patterns

tbh why are Neo banks pushing for rewarding users when they use their card ? Isn’t the card a means to help with payment? I find it abit flawed if most teams are fixated on the rewards for using card to pay for stuffs. And users too looking for cards with rewards Like come one just make my life easy man
