The Trumps aren’t even allowed to operate a charity in NY State without special regs because of their history.

It is a government fund and will be government by US law. I didn't mention anything about my belief. I only say what was mentioned by the Vice President of the US. You don't have to believe him, but so far that's all the info we have. But you said the fund will go to the president one way or another. That is your BELIEF as there is no facts yet. The fund just started. Your belief might even be right, but it is still your belief. America needs the ability to distinguish between factual data and opinions/beliefs.
