@EllaFlemyng And indeed, once the tool to flag problematic studies is up and running, we’d be very happy to check the citations effect. I agree we are unlikely to see a strong effect, unless the assessments are given high visibility.

Ooo interesting. Lisa Bero says studies assessed as high risk of bias decrease in citations over time compared to low risk studies… would be great to understand whether there’s a similar trend for studies tagged as problematic #CochraneLondon Cynical me thinks maybe not 🤔

I introduced high-school students to #causality with a mini-game I prepared yesterday for Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day #IGED w/ Women in Engineering Program at Purdue. It was a lot of fun! I made the code and slides public. If you are a teacher, feel free to use them.

Google most any trial ID we track and we’re among the top hits telling you if the trial is reported or not (though Google is slow to catch up sometimes)
