The jury in the trial of seven Asian men - including two from Oldham - accused of treating two teenage girls in Rochdale as "sex slaves" have retired to consider their verdicts.
Jurors are considering 53 counts of sexual offences after hearing weeks of evidence during the trial, now on day 72, at Minshull Street Crown Court in Manchester.
The prosecution alleges the complainants were groomed from the age of 13 to have sex with the men "whenever and wherever they wanted".
The defendants all deny various sexual offences, including rape and indecent assault, said to have been committed between 2001 and 2006.
One of the accused, Kasir Bashir, 50, from Oldham, has not attended the trial, with the six others in the dock.
They are Mohammed Zahid, 64, of Station Road, Crumpsall, Naheem Akram, 48, of Manley, Road, Rochdale, Mohammed Shazad, 43, of Beswicke Royds Street, Rochdale, Nisar Hussain, 43, of Newfield Close, Rochdale, Roheez Khan, 39, of Athole Street, Rochdale, and Mushtaq Ahmed, 66, of Corona Avenue, Oldham.
