Absolutely true. Worse is @UberINSupport and @Olacabs drivers putting their phones on the instrument cluster and watching videos while driving. Seriously?! Do these cab companies even teach basic driving etiquette and civility to their drivers?

Most accidents that happen at night are due to high beams of oncoming cars that dazzle drivers! Why do people drive with full high beams in well-lit city zones with oncoming traffic? Not just oncoming traffic but even tailgaters with full high beams!
