AAU therapists have been supporting patients with #frailty by trialling a frailty MDT & completing a mini CGA for patients who are 65+ with a rockwood 7+. Early results show a reduced LOS for these patients! @rachelnandy @patwizzbut1 @RoyalFreeNHS @RFTherapyTeam @Glacksie
