Y’all are so blinded by recency bias. The kid had a 40 point sophomore season. Was injured the next. 57 last season. Then Dean tried to change his game style to a defensive style and now his confidence is shot going in and out/ up and down the line up. They’ll work on that this offseason.

@29realteef @mark_scheig My point exactly we have 2 backup goalies!! We lost 1-0 to NYI on a one on one goal from way out beat JET!! We lose 2-1 on 2 one on one goals over Jet’s right shoulder both!! Bothe those games our forwards played well enough to win including tonight!! Difference has been goalie🤷♂️

Two quick takes.
1. #CBJ got what they deserved tonight. They didn't have it.
2. Bowness postgame said the team didn't have their legs and he knew why. They have a huge game in 21 hours and must find the legs they didn't have tonight.

@RichSaluki Why re-sign 3 & 17? 19 has earned Brinks? 86 needs to be more consistent before I extend him. If #CBJ miss playoffs, I’m sending Bones back to retirement. Fabbro is good in his role, his cap it isn’t an issue.

Th #cbj can't beat the teams they need to beat. That's an issue. They can win 20 of 25 all they want, but you have to beat the playoff teams down the stretch.

Nic Bouzakis 125 gimmick is over. Just doesn’t and won’t work in a tournament. Unfortunate as it is I don’t know what the plan with him is moving forward. Davino is better at 133 and he won’t be good for us in March at 125. Sucks to see since I had such high hopes
