@Bounce_BackLoan They declined my application even after I sent proof of been based in Manchester and I've heard they've done the same to others. You need to be a business rates payer it seems.

Surprised after over 3 months gcbfportal.growthco.uk are still accepting BBL applications from those based in Greater Manchester. They claim to have £10m to lend (approx 333 BBLs) So either demand has dried up for BBLs, they have more money to lend or their decline rate is huge.

After 41 days, the Chancellor finally reappeared in Parliament today, when he announced: Nothing We’ve had the worst recession of any major economy and he’s out of ideas.

@Bounce_BackLoan Sent them my serviced office invoice, home utility bill for proof of been Manchester based and still got rejected. Said I need a business rates invoice. Shambles!!!

@Bounce_BackLoan heard it all - refused bbl "due to lack of trading activity". Two year old account with money going in AND out monthly for years. Crazy considering its govt backed 😂 @NatWestBusiness

@MiriamRees @Bounce_BackLoan I did the same, took some time off from it as was doing me more harm than good getting knocked back at every avenue. Now my only options are taking a couple of decisions to the Ombudsman

@Bounce_BackLoan I have a clydesdale personal account. I applied for a BBL with them and was rejected on the basis of not been a business customer and told I needed to open a business account in order to get the BBL. Did they break the rules under the CMA order and am I due compensation for this?

I will be speaking to the Competition & Markets Authority tomorrow, anything you want me to bring to their attention re BBL's apart from the bloody obvious let me know in this Tweet.

If I had the loan I could save my business, and even grow it. I just can't get a bank account. #tidecustomer

Morning @RishiSunak suppose you are working on a Brexit Adjustment Loan scheme now? Before you start scribbling figures on the back of an envelope you need to fine tune the BBL scheme, allow top ups and put in a safety net option for those who cant get one.

@Bounce_BackLoan I'm hearing that the big banks are going to be made to start on boarding non banked customers soon. Annual leave also banned for last 2 weeks in November.

They are all messed up, 2 have no money left, well 1 of the 2 running out/very low. 20 refuse to budge on taking new customers, and the 6 that are are so overwhelmed its madness. Its a lottery who you pick to be honest right now

Sadly, or happily depending on your opinion looks like Starling Bank didn't get their hands on a penny of the most recent BCR grant they were hoping to bag.

@Bounce_BackLoan So with Conister I sent in completed signed application on 28/08 and got confirmation email receipt and since then silence... is this normal? I did get the mass email but I had already been send “further info”request and forms to sign.. so guessing that email doesn’t apply to me
